Identify [LOOKING] for a game with Police officer or a kind of agent...

I played a game some month ago in which a kind of agent is impregnated from an organization.
Remember one scene in which there isa Hotdogwagon in a park and you can place ketchup on the seat so that the girl has to undress because the shirt is soiled.
She gets captured in a kind of laboratory...cant remember the name of the game but i liked it.
Any ideas?
