Identify Looking for a Game ... Young Rich Painter

I am looking for a game I played some time ago. The story starts as a young man returns to his home city where his mother left him with his baby sister. He buys a luxury property and has plenty of cash he is tying to invest it fast. He is a painter and his painting have made him rich. His blonde sister or friend is living with her.

Can anyone tell me the name and title of the game?
