Hey I'm looking for a game with realistic characters where a guy goes to a remote island to inherit the company from his father. When he gets there he gets misconstrued for a new employee instead of the actual now-owner. He also gets to live in the same house on that island together with the other employees. In terms of gameplay there's choices to progress with the girls and that thing where they can be found in specific locations during specific times of day, like morning, afternoon, evening and night, usually with the option to timeskip to get to your desired weekday and time of day.
