Identify Looking For A Game

Hello,

I am looking for a game where a female knight is on a cruise and the boat crashes on an island. Her and the man she loves are split up and she goes around trying to find him. I remember it being RPGMaker-esque and it being a Japanese NTR game (presumably because I never made it that far) but had the corruption element that I am a fan of. The island basically had a town that was full of sin (lol) with an open air hot spring.
