I don't remember much of it, but the mc was a boy who was adopted (I guess) by 2 rich women who were sisters and somewhat like princess. They also had adopted 2 girls (1 innocent and another bitchy type). Later mc leaves with one of the woman to new city while other woman stays behind for the safety of mc.
