Renpy with male MC, models looks like those from Waifu Academy- Illusion i think, MC is either a highschool/university/college student or young teacher and i think he moves/starts at a new school; I re member fucking (or just going down on her) a girl in a gym or big bathroom. It is fairly recent i think, i played it in last 12 months maybe and it was pretty good, i think it was the first release then.

It can be toggled and that particular character's sex can be swapped. But you pretty much confirmed that it isn't that game anyway.

Considering how many games fall into these categories as mentioned prior by Danv, I recommend you manually sift through the pages until you find the one you're looking for. That really isn't much to go on. Odds are if it was a WAish illusion based game in the last year or so it's probably HS2 based. Assuming male protagonist? Do you recall if it was a Ren'Py game or something else? VN or sandbox? How much content was in the game if it was a first release?

Any other tags you might be able to remember? Were there fantasy or supernatural elements? Monster girls of any kind? Was it loli focused being a school setting? Was there incest and if so sister(s) or mother ect?
