I can remember some scenes of this game, or it could be that I'm remembering multiple games...
I remember that it's a pretty dark adult visual novel. I remember that your background is that you got struck by lightning and you are trying to figure out what happened to your dad. You are working for a relative (aunt maybe?) who lives in a beachhouse. She knows more about your dad but won't really tell you everything. You also get to have sex with a co-worker in the storage room which conveniently gets locked. In the end you have to make some deliveryrun when you are at a (masked?) party and you get knocked out when you are going to the delivery van. That's the last thing I remember, probably because the game wasn't finished when I played it. Graphically it seems like a fairly new game.
