The background of this game is like the end of the world, concerning zombies.
I remember few details about that game:
1. one of the girl's roommate is infected, if you tried to look for medicine in the hospital instead of killing her roommate after a bodycheck, then that girl will be killed by her roommate.
2. there is food system in the game, you have to look for food
