So I've been looking for a while now, but I can't seem to find many games on this topic.
I've been looking for a game where the girlfriend/wife/heroine cheats, ntr's, or something similar the main hero/husband/boyfriend, and either he can see the cum inside of her with something like x-ray, like QOS wife 2, or we as the player can see but the hero can't. If possible I would also like there to be some sort of fetus development we/the hero can see, but that makes it even more niche.
