I think it was in unity, it is in 1st person and was quite early in its development stage. It had actual good amount of content we could complete few tasks, like I remember cleaning pools of neighbor, exercising for stats, buying parts online to fix dad's car and other story tasks. Basic characters M#ther(Landlady), S#ster(roommate), neighbor, s#ster's friend and police officer. We spawned in our house and it even had a police station and bar/disco or something like that club as well. And i could actually progress with s#ster (i think with exercise tasks) to the point of getting scene. We could only have dialogues with the landlady in the kitchen. Visually one of the best looking games out there. And the last thing is that it had last task of police station introduction only. I feel like it had a decent studio/production with their own website.
