I am having trouble remembering the name of this game. The game is renpy, I believe there is incest by default otherwise there is a patch or you can change relationships yourself. You play as male protagonist who goes to a beach vacation house ( the whole game so far takes place here) with his sister, you mother is having relationship difficulties with your father and join you two at the house later. There are a few scenes with both of them. I also remember there is a pool in the back yard.
