Identify Looking for a game

Hello everybody

As i said in the title i'm looking for a game, i found it quite intriguing and i want to play the new versions

It's set in the actual days, neighbours are a family (mom dad an two daughters) who are kind of inmortal, MC has the same bloodline and because of that he is able to see their eyes changing in a different color... I can't remember much more...
