And I'm looking for a game that I can only vaguely remember
And you play a female protagonist
You get a job at the caretaker from the mayor
The engine was Wolf RPG or RPGM

Caretaker of what exactly? Do you mean a daycare or a similar job looking after children? What was the setting like? Any fantasy races or creatures? Dungeons? Tentacles? Or closer to modern life? Can you travel a lot or was the entire game about working that job?
