I'm looking for a game so I will give all the thing that I remember from that game
first,the ntr content was present in the game at the beginning but it was remove and you needed to dowlaod a patche in order to put back the ntr content
second,I remember a scene wich involved your boss and your mom (it was a ntr scene)
there were also a point systeme with the girl

And the dev didn't condone
It was not a rpg but I think it was a renpy or a unity game
