Can't find a certain game but I can give you a quick run down, basically a dude gets into some kind of coma and wakes up and eventually learns he was in a relationship with his sister\step sister. Bleak description I know but I do not remember much of it but it was from this site, it was a 3DCG game I believe not that it helps knowing that but it might. Anyone have any idea at all?
