I am looking for a 3dcg game with awesome graphics that starts with a hot female realtor showing us an apartment & if we choose the right choices, she has sex with the player and convinces us to buy that apartment. Unfortunately that's all I remember, it most probably came out at least 6 months ago, if I remember correctly. Oh and that realtor gets a call from her bf after sex. That's all I remember.
