Identify Looking for a game's title.

Hi, i was looking for a game i've played a couple of month ago, it followed a day n' night cycle, at the start you had to create your character and then you could customize it with the possibilities to change outfits and some body parts with surgery or tattoos and makeup, it had no explicit sex scenes it just showed unmade makeup and cum on the protagonist face .
