Free Cities is one of the best slavery management style games, imho. You're the owner of an arcology during the ecological and economic collapse of the wider world. Your job is to manage your slaves and the arcology, keep your citizens happy and guide the cultural development.
There's a mod available that continues the development, but due to some optional content in that mod we cannot link it.

Fort of Chains you're the leader of a slaving company. You have to send out teams to fulfill tasks, acquire, train and sell slaves. Slave training is more in-depth, where you often get orders for very specifically trained slaves and have to fulfill those.
You also need to upgrade your fort by building various facilities that unlock more features and expand the locations you can send your slavers to.
