All I remember of the game was that it was:
1. A fantasy setting
2. There were 3 girls that filled the MC. One having red hair and another being a green colour tonned elf who's had a plot point of either wanting to marry/become pregnant by the MC
3. To the north of the main starting area/hub town there was a debug stone which allowed you to either make the girls pregnant/BE content
4. All the armor/clothing changed the girls portraits appropriately I.e starfish bikini would show up on whoever was wearing its portrait in the game world.
5. The main quest had elements of player choice with the girls becoming corrupted more on what actions the player took/if they won or lost the battle.
6. It may be an Isekai setting but it may not be with it more likely being in the latter.
