Looking for a Highschool Japanese Simulation game looking like MF Futur last realease

As the title say, i'm looking for a game that have same graphics.
I can remember it as a Dormitory with boy and girl space, a space where they work or eat,a place for an older person who take care of the place, then you can get out of here to go to school (i think even team up with girls to upgrade their stats on study), a place with an hotel you can us to up some stats. A night ciclelast thing i remember is that the stats are represented by school grades like A -B - C etc.
Red haired girl, pink, etc etc.
Also a little place below the dormitory place with lockers next to a gacha.
The detail is on the body, tall and thin kinda like that and i don't remember if it was translated or not already but played it in japanese.

The gallery space was in your room that you share with another guy

I also remember mysteries about notes, specifically one you'd get from the outside lockers in the map. About those lockers, you'll get a weird bag you have to give to someone from those.
Another mystery about the stairs leading to the fortune hotel. Also a code close to it that get you access to a love hotel.
There were guys in the parc making bets.
And for now lastly i think there were a news board right outside the dormitory

Here is the culprit, that's the game I was looking for, still made by MF Futur but hidden from some countries for certains details I don't know. And it's called

I'll keep this here in case someone is in the same situation as me.
Just remind that some game will or will not appear dependingon your contry so you might not find easly what you look for most likely when it's in japanese etc.
