Identify looking for a Japanese Cityscape Voyeur game

looking for a series of flash games that were on SWFchan a few years back
i don't remember the names because they were in japanese iirc

basically you had a view of a cityscape or a landscape (depending on which game), and you'd click on windows and stuff to see the action.



there's a WTDinner flash game about shin megami tensei on there that's a very similar premise but isn't what i'm looking for.
