Seeking Looking for a JAV I saw a long time ago

Okay I'm going to try this again.
I'm looking for a specific JAV I saw maybe five or six years go. The video is obviously a wife cheating on her husband with her husband's boss. Generic as hell I know but I'll get into all the details I can recall. I think the title was something along the lines of 'Sleeping with my and my husband's boss to save husbands job. I have a distinct memory that the husband and wife both worked at the same company and the husband was going to lose his job for being bad at it. The most prevalent scene I can remember is the wife sucking the boss off under his desk while the boss is having a conversation with the husband. I also remember that the boss ends up taking the wife to either a hotel or bathhouse where he as most JAV goes fucks her till she basically loves him.
I know it's a long shot but anyone with some idea of what I'm talking about please let me know.

I feel like I've seen this scene in like a million of them, and many mangas.

The only thing you're missing is they usually have the final creampie shot that spears the hell out of an ovum and she is pregnant by power of NTR and sometimes Nokia.
