Identify Looking for a list that I lost from my bookmarks

Hello, I've been looking for a game list that I had saved. Some details that I remember are:

1. Game links, sorted by Abandoned, Completed and On-going

2. Emoji rating for the games the list author found to be really nice. Something like , and is what I recall.

It was more of a personal list I had stumbled upon.
That list contained a lot of good games that I have been following before.
