Im looking for a mind control game where the mc is getting a mind control ability and he progress stronger in the game. There is a woman help him control power, you can visit this woman when you go back to your room and look into the mirror. And you can upgrade the stat so you can progress in the game and make other your slave. You live with your landlord and her daughter. And i remember somewhere in the story you can change the gender of your friend which is a boy because some agents are hunting him down. I think the mc also being looked for since he consider to have super power which is mind control. I remember the game using renpy if im not wrong. Sorry for the long post.
