As for title, I remember this game it had a 2D cartoonish style, where you happened to be in a cafè/motel of some sort, you start in front of a receptionist and she give you a list of girls you can interact with.
IIRC they were all famous, from anime/games, and while you were with them in the room you couldn't really touch them directly but they could.
They had all different temper/disposition and I remember you could change outfits once unlocked.
