Seeking Looking for a old Pokemon game

I'm looking to find a older Pokemon game I found when I younger it's been a good amount time since it came out, I think it was flash game I think. The maker I think used a white Raptor as there avatar and there was pokadex that translated what they where saying. The eevee evolution I think where the main, and the maker was working on adding more. what they were saying I wish I had more on it

That would be it.... it's not the news I was hoeing for with dev having stooped work on it but it what it is.
