It opens with a student council meeting to determine the fate of the idol fans club, which only has a single member. The council decides to disband it, and when they go to deliver the news, the only member is laying on the couch in the club room masturbating. He makes a deal with them to keep his club if he can manage to put on an idol show, and he spends the doujin convincing different girls to join (and having sex with them).
