A while ago I played a superpower game. Can't recall much but I do remember the opening and a bit of premise. Here goes-
A guy goes to a clinic to get his superpower with his mom. They are poor so he cant get an expensive one. The doctor sees his dick and starts sucking it. I think it ventured in mink-control esque territory but cant remember exactly.
