Identify looking for a renpy game near a pool

Hi!
I'm looking for a game where you play a guy who go to live with his sister/roommate (depends on the incest patch if i remember well) for the hollidays.
I think it's a ren'py sandbox game, you live in a big house with a pool, you can explore the rooms and the city. You can skip time and events in the house/city depends on it.
You can have a relationship with the sister (who's like this blonde girl with massive boobs) and also meet other girls in the city. I think at some points the mom comes to the house and you can romance her.
I can't remember the name or the developer, I think it has "summer", "life" or "pool" in the name.
