Game had 2d sprites (could have been detailed pixel art, can't remember) and looked like it was made with rpgm or ren'py.
It had turn based sex combat, where male mc should make female enemy orgasm before him. MC during battle had green transparent body with bold(?) outline.
In story demon queen(?) decides to wrack havok and for a first fight she brainwashes MCs childhood friend/girlfriend(?). Later she becomes shopkeeper and we are able to repeat our first battle with her as our test fight.
If I remember correctly, game also had heat(?) system, where MC gets hot in warm regions and you had to buy cold drinks or get a propeller hat to keep cool.
