Played this one a long time ago, it's Japanese game, made with RPG maker, protagonist is a housewife. She has to manage household funds, cook food for her husband, grow vegetables. She's been having an affair with someone from a restaurant, who pays her money for sex. Hope that's enough detail to identify the title.
