So I remember playing an RPGM game where succubi invaded the world to drain people of their semen, typical stuff, and you played as a male hero who was trying to stop them. The game included a sensitivity mechanic where the more you were fucked with a body part the weaker it was. I also remember that it included feminization mechanics if you lost battles, and had kind of soft game over states where you could end up trapped as a slave to the final boss.
