Seeking Looking for a RPGM Game

As the title says, I'm looking for an RPGM game I played years ago. I don't remember much about it, only that it had minigames where you played with cards that had numbers on the sides and top/bottom of it. Then you can collect more cards and make a custom deck with the best ones, and so on...

I know it's not much information, but I think it was quite popular back then, so maybe someone remembers the name.
