Looking for a school/college game I played before. Might've been a sandbox game? Main character can stop a girl from getting bullied. There's a scene with a drunk girl on a pier. A teacher (or maybe her daughter) tries to blackmail MC. There's also a gambling side game you can play to make money, and a strip club near the campus for some reason. That's all I can remember.
