There was a game made in RPGM where a shota (iirc) goes to the countryside with a shrine to visit three kitsunes or at the very least kemono girls with various h-scenes for each.
One was a shrine priestess, the other two were managing an inn/restaurant/bar.
It's a short, sweet and not memorable/notable game, but those kinds of games has its own charms.
