Identify Looking for a specific brothel management game

Happy New Year everyone, I'm looking for a text-based brothel management simulator.

It was an RPG, and the basic plot was that you were exiled from your home country and sent to the setting of the game. In the game, there's a run-down brothel that you can renovate, and a few different whores that can work for you. I also remember there being some content related to becoming an alchemist, and you could go adventuring to collect materials for alchemy. I think the game was 100% text-based, so no art, but this may have changed.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If it helps with identifying the game, the early adventuring content consisted of going into sewers beneath the city and killing rats and criminals. There was also an adventurer rank system, and you started out as a D-rank adventurer iirc.
