There was a game where i think you came home, and you slowly hypnotise your sister and mom and stuff. You can also go to town, and optionally take the train? There was a convenience store as well as maybe tutoring? it's not HS tutor.

nope, it's much newer than that. or at least looked newer. I remember there may be a hypnotism thing at night with the sister.

yeah it's definitely in english and a visual novel type game, not a super open game like illusion stuff.

definitely not Robozou. It wasn't flash, it must've been Ren'py or similar (not RPGM). It was pretty simple. I also think at one point you spy on your sister from a roof but i may be mixing that up with another game.
