The game has your standard protag and features incest content with the mom and sister.
I recall you (MC) comes back home after an incident (pictures of the mom?) that was not true. Your brother lied about it and you were kicked out. You return to your sister and mother.
When you are allowed back there are three main paths to follow - one in which you charm your family and shun the brother, one where you share the family with your brother, and one where the brother takes your family
I recall that you can move around the house (so-called open world) and some locations outside it - such as the beach and the sisters office(?). I think there was some preg content at the end as well - and seem to recall that it wasn't complete.
