Identify Looking for a specific rpg game

I'm looking for a game I believe it was an rpgm game you could play the chapters in any order but it was all in game exe you played as a female protagonist you could trans from one I remember is a goo girl and in a different chapter you could become a bee girl but it was all sprites

by HLF is the only game I can think of: the MC can explore the dungeons in any order and can be TFed by the final bosses... and by her friends too.
The MC is not a biological girl though, it's an MtF game.
