Stuff I remember:
1: Game isn't RPGMaker and is 2D.
2: Allows you to build buildings in your home base to house monsters and enemies you capture.
3: Allows you to breed monsters.
4: Has an overworld map to instantly travel to different instanced locations.
5: You walk around in combat zones in real time and when touching enemies, will enter 2D turn based battles with a party system. Combat screen is side view of characters.
6: Development on it started at least 5 years ago, it's not new. I think the updates had slowed or stopped for a while too, so it could be abandoned.
7: There were special creatures you could create by breeding the right combinations of monsters that couldn't be captured normally. There was a bestiary to show the monsters you've obtained.
8: I don't think there was much lewd art, mighta been mostly text or just breeding automatically happening instantly.
9: Overworld had some mountain top area with angel-like/heavenly enemies (end game zone), and a forest area (starter zone).
10: I remember there being a mushroom monster I think in the forest.
11: Pretty sure it was a western game. I think it had a pretty original name instead of just monster girl X type of naming that's so popular. I don't think it was a very popular game even though I remember it being decent (I think the art might not have been super appealing to a wide audience). It's not the type of game I can find anybody recommended in forums/threads anywhere for similar game types basically.
12: I think the story is something along the lines of meeting a witch in the middle of a forest and that's about all I remember. The MC might be female too.
13: Google search/images is not helping, lol. Trying to describe the game in a search hits on the millions of breeding season type games. I think the lack of lewd art really hurts the ability to find it.
14: You didn't collect materials to upgrade your base, you just bought them with money or something.
Might not be on F95zone, or if it is, it's very poorly tagged. I'm pretty sure I posted a message in a thread for it but I went back through my messages and it's not there, so the thread might have been deleted if it was ever on the site.
Edit: Found it, it's Overtopia. My posts in the thread were in my "Older posts". Seems I stopped following the thread because it was abandoned for a couple of years with no updates/info but the dev came back to it recently. Guess I forgot it used 3D models too, oops.
