Out of what I've played, the closest fit to your request could be Casual Desires. Quite a lot of content available so far with decent visuals and quite regular updates.

You may want to also check Sunville, though the girl does not quite care about her image as much + it's a lesbian-focused game, only 1 ocassional cock scene so far - dunno if that suits your desires. Honey Select styling.
