Looking for a tool to illustrate an erotic story

I would like to illustrate an erotic story (porn) with pictures/cartoons. Is there a free or inexpensive AI program or website where I can first create the main characters? And then refine the initial character suggestions (for example: hair a bit curlier, breasts a bit larger).
And finally, once I have these main characters, can I also add them to the scene? MC1 is sitting on a park bench wearing special clothing. MC1 is kissing MC2.
Is there a tool that can do all of this?

Switched to my alt account real quick to suggest you trying out Civitai. It's free, but you'll have to learn prompting which as far as I know is different for each model. So, there'll be some learning you'll have to do.

If you want something more reliable to use, especially if you simply want to design a character (without using it as-if should you want to sell it) is any character creator, HS, KK, etc. If you want more customization, and also the possibility to sell it, go for Vroid. If you simply want a reference to be redrawn in 2D, use DesignDoll.

However, when it comes to full 2d customization without having to do it yourself (even small edits), then AI is pretty much your only option. Civitai for website (free) or Stable Diffusion (Software, also free), however the latter will require a decent setup.

Assuming you've got enough local computing (GPU VRAM is the main resource needed for AI generation), it should be enough to get you started.

Appreciate the help but still curious.

Character creators have been a thing in mainstream games forever. Like games from the aughts. All facial and body features adjustable. I know they have a whole engine facilitating this like unreal or whatever.

So it makes me think that by now something like a character creator should exist where someone with no art skills can slide variables around to get something novel that they like and then save a model to export different poses and such.

But you're all saying that the only way to do this is AI?

DAZ, CharacterCreator, Unreal MetaHuman, MakeHuman (as a standalone or in Blender), etc.

CC is around 400 or 500$ (I don't remember), others are free to download.

Most are on this model : program is free but cost to "customize". You don't have every bodytype, every clothes, nor every haircut and you buy what you need. MakeHuman is opensource (the quality and choice is not as high as others). As far as I know, you can use your own clothes, hairs, etc in all of those, with manual work.

DAZ, in this list, is the only one who have close to "native" genitalia. (MakeHuman should have some but it didn't show on the new site last time I checked). The other need some 3D work to manually add it.

All come with animation and pose functionnalities.

All let you export for working in another program.
