It has male mc. The game starts off with a call from a male friend. Later that friend and his gf come to visit along with another girl with whom your friend is trying to fix you up with. The girl was asian as far as I can remember. You can have a relationship with her or try to seduce your friend's gf. Also a big part of the game I remember was following and liking Instagram posts of a girl throughout the game. That was like everyday after some scenes for that day was done. After a sufficient period into the game; you meet the girl from instagram. Mc and the girl might have been related, I can't remember. Oh and that Asian girl can also be shared as I remember a scene at a restaurant where a guy asks mc if he could get phone number of the girl and there was an option to say yes or no. So possibly sharing/ntr tag maybe. The last time I played the game, it ended with a scene where you have sex with your friend's gf while your friend is passed out cause there was a bar scene before that.
