Seeking looking for a vague Princess NTR that I can't remember

i dont expect this one to be found since i can't even remember if it was a hentai manga, a game, or maybe even a video, literally none. all i remember is the flow of the story, but even then it's vague, i don't really have much hopes of finding it, but here it goes. (ITS NTR BTW!!!):

["Story starts with a girl and a boy who's been friends since the start, girl if i remember is a noble, and the young boy was an aspiring knight.

The boy dreamt of a future with the girl, marrying her etc. but before that he wanted to become strong enough to protect her.

Skip a few years and the girl is now an adult and the boy a knight-in-training.

the girl is a bit peeved that the guy hasn't made a move yet and wonders if it's her fault, and a far senior knight (ugly bastard) approaches and promises to help her and to give her advice.

And this is where the NTR starts.

The girl is closeted and naive and listen to the senior knights "advice", it starts off tame, but slowly becomes more and more ridiculous, and you get the deal."]

So yeah this is why i'm not confident that this would be found, because it sounds so generic and could be literally anything else. All i remember is that it was a long long game/manga/video or whatever. that's pretty much it.

Well, I recall that George Martin used such a plot in one of his stories, .

Anyway, this is certainly an intriguing request. As someone with a particular fondness for NTR/corruption narratives set in medieval/fantasy settings, I'm equally curious to see an answer.

i never would have expected George R. Martin of all people to write such a story, and at the same time, it also makes sense that he did, this is brilliant!

(edit: now thaat i think about it, this is actually definitely something he would write nvm!)
