Seeking Looking for a very niche fetish

I'm not one to beat around the bush so I'll cut straight to it. I'm looking for a game or VN with Futa on Male resulting in Mpreg, with no(or at least avoidable) Male on Male content, and preferably with custom art work(Not Real porn or Text only). This doesn't have to be the only content in the game, just a path, and the more content and options the better. Gradual Feminization is also welcome but not necessary. The important thing is Mpreg from Futa on Male. I've advocated for it in Futadom World but so far it isn't looking likely. I know that Tales of Androgyny technically fits that roll and I love the game it just doesn't fully scratch the itch for me. Likely because the Mpreg content in that one has pratically no artwork (At least that I've found). Maybe such a game doesn't exist yet, but if anyone knows if there is one out there, I would love some recommendations.

Unfortunately, most of the stuff for this fetish is text based or fur shit. There is stuff like this in almost all the Fenoxo games but that is all text based.

Another option is to go on Loverslab and look at coomer modding games. Fallout 4 and Sims modding all have Mpreg if you look for it.

Still vigorously searching for something to fill this niche. I'm also looking into so crash courses on graphic design to potentially fill the niche myself, though with having a small child to take care of, it's going to be quite a while before anything comes of that plan (If ever). I will keep looking in the meantime I am slowly piecing together a concept for a game of my, but I'm wanting to get anyones hopes up yet. ToA and FDW for you, my friend. I wouldn't get your hopes up yet, as I'm struggling to find the time to learn digital art with a toddler. The whole thing is still a proof of concept and unless I get a generous illustrator to offer to make artwork for it, it likely won't happen anytime soon.
