Seeking Looking for a wizard game i played once! Cookie to whoever finds it!

All i remember was this:

You were a female student sent to a wizard school (harry potter style) you had to take an extra job at a store to afford your first wand, it was sandbox, you had to take different classes to brew potions, cast spells etc etc, it's a female protaganist, and there was some scenes with a dog from the school lol

Anyone has any idea?
