I saw videos of this game on Youtube a while ago before the channel and the videos got deleted. The person played as a naked anime girl roaming around a sandbox like city with an npc that acts as her slave or master. The player was a futa and she could pee/poop on command and masturbate out in the open. I was interested but since the channel is deleted I have no way of finding it, I don't even have a name for it.
