I'm looking for an eastern style game where you're returning home to live with your step mother, I could be wrong about that bit, but upon entering you get accosted by your new roommates (three or four of them), and they seem to think you're some sort of rapist, there may have also been an obsession with smegma involved.

No, the one I'm looking for has a more classic hentai feel to it, more colorful, and the characters are voiced, and I don't think it was in Ren'Py, it was also completed, I think, but thanks for trying.
