It's from a couple of years ago or so, it's an RPGM or similar game.
You play as a woman and you start on an island, I think you get shipwrecked. I also think there's a crafting element... IIRC one of the first quests you have to go north into some forest and collect weeds and shit.
Later on you get access to another island or two... I think one of the islands is a villiage of male furrys or something too. The last island I remember being on was some sort of resort and I think you could work as a waitress or barmaid or something?
