Female protagonist. It was an rpg maker game from many years back that takes place in a central village with 2 or 3 main girls. You can spend your day training your agility, strength, etc at various locations, such as with a girl in a dojo. I could be wrong but I think there were 'tests' like a jumping puzzle at certain points in your training.
There were spots on a rooftop or cliff where you needed a high enough agility to jump across to get to a scene or something like that. Honestly couldn't tell you what the characters looked like.
